I did not get to the food, waited for 10 min for the girl who was supposed to be working the front to come in and take my order, she was outside in her I am guessing friends car talking and having fun. The guys inside went out twice to get her to come in. These people want $15.00 hr to work but a work ethic of $5.00 hr. When you only have a half hour for lunch you can’t wait for someone to come in and do their job. No one in the store I think I know why.

There sewage backing up in the parking lot which smells, but not really their fault I suppose. On top of that, the restaurant itself needs to be cleaned. It’s just disgusting and gross. Wipe down the Formica counter, mop and clean the soda machine (which btw had no ice in it. It was early, so no excuse, because it wasn’t busy. The food was good, but because of the filth I would not want to go back.

Normally this places is great. Been going here for a couple years but recently everytime we go in here thier system is down. I highly doubt it. I think this was the last time attempting to go there. Want wings go to Buffalo wild. They have buy 1 get 1 too at Buffalo depending on what day you go.

Drove an hour to this location, service was great but…..they were out of fountain drinks, out of fries and out of napkins!?…. Come on this is a wing place, totally unacceptable, they need help seriously. Place was packed also , needs a good cleaning too, very unorganized , food was just ok for 30+ dollars…

This was my first time at a wingstop and I will not be coming back. My friends and I all ordered in store at the same time. 4 easy combos. Almost everyone who ordered after me had gotten their food. It took 40 minutes to get one sandwich and fries. By the time I got my food all 3 of my friends were already finished with theirs. The sandwich was so gross I couldn’t eat it. The fries had sugar on them (which I guess is a wingstop thing but they were definitely not for me). Even the soda from the soda machine tasted like cleaner. One of the most disgusting meals I have ever had in my life. And from what I have been told by my friends, they are notorious for being slow at completing orders. Sometimes it takes 30 minutes to an hour for customers to get their orders.

If I could give no stars I would, this is a place I really wanted to try and my first time coming here (mind you I drove a hour out to get to get here) and the staff was so so rude , 0 customer service and it is so sad . Horrible service. Took over an hour to get my order that was told would take 25 minutes. Then the fries were ice cold, they were missing a part of my order and it took another 10 minutes for them to correct the fry order. I didn’t even realize the missing part of my order until I got home which was super annoying and my fault but after over an hour of waiting watching them make mobile orders and not mine I seriously wanted to get a refund and just leave. My first experience here and I would never revisit.

I placed my order for a 10 piece at 4:00PM exact, I arrived to the restaurant at 4:57PM. My ticket was still sitting waiting to be prepared. It’s literally no point in doing an online order because it’s not going to be ready. It takes an hour to toss chicken and plate it? very irritated.
