Worst Wingstop experience of my life. The girl at the counter took my money and then walked away without a word. No communication with the guy making the food. He was on the phone speaking in Spanish the whole time and took his sweet time making my order— only to put it on the rack for 10 minutes without saying anything while I was sitting right there waiting. The chicken sandwich was absolutely disgusting (picture attached). It was like chewing on rubber and unedible. Horrible establishment, y’all need to fix up. I am a frequent Wingstop orderer but I will never be coming this location again.

Great service great staff, very fresh bread and food. The chicken is very delicious. The flavors are awesome. I recommend the chicken sandwich combo. The prices are very great. Food is good but they always leave something out of every delivery order. This is probably the 4th time out of 5 orders. It’s like they do it on purpose to save money and make it something small like a dipping sauce or an order of carrots because most people probably won’t complain about it. I will change my review when they get better.

Donna took our order and was very kind while doing so. I would recommend their establishment to anyone who wants great tasting wings. We both ordered the “original hot” wings. They also offer their wings as a meal. I had the carrots and celery and my husband had the fries. Both sides were fresh and tasted great. We will be back!

Service was lazy. Did a pickup order and paid extra for ALL FLATS. Guess what I received maybe 3 flats. “3”. Wings were decent I will say that but I like to get what I pay for. I am not paying for bad customer service as well as not receiving what I paid for. I will leave it at one star and just not return. I would rather pay for good service and bad wings.

I ordered for delivery from the Wingstop website, it never arrived. The notification says it was delivered but there was no food, no picture, no nothing. After 2 hours on the phone with both Doordash and Wingstop, I was told that my case would be reviewed and I would hear back from them. I never did. I lost $30 in the process. I hope the driver enjoyed the wings he/she stole and I am angry that I paid for the Thief’s lunch. This was the 5th time I had ordered from Wingstop website and will be the LAST. If there is no guarantee that I will get my food, why on Earth would I ever take the risk?
