Food was decent but the place could have used a good cleaning. We stuck to the floors everywhere we walked in the dining hall and the tables were also sticky. Only two employees on and it’s no wonder the place was this bad. The partition that separates the dining hall from the kitchen was full of dust.

Great food. Really like the cajun corn. Would have rated higher for service but if you order to go on the app they wait for you to arrive before they start your order . Happened to us twice now. We would have been just as well off to wait till we got to the restaurant to place our order. At least we wouldn’t have already paid for our order and could have changed our mind and went somewhere else if we wanted. I only order on the app to keep from having to wait that long when I get to the restaurant anyway.

Refuse to let you speak to the manager. Refuse to refund for missing food. Refuse to give corporate number. They keep hanging up, yelling. Extremely Unprofessional! Food is pure grease. DO NOT RECOMMEND this branch. She said her name was Tia then she refused to give me her name when I tried to verify because it’s none of my business. I haven’t ordered in over a year for these very same reasons. Thought the real management would have gained control by now. Was I sadly mistaken.

My husband and I have ordered from this establishment three times now. This third time was the icing on the cake, so to speak– I won’t make the mistake again. These wings are so tiny and these fries are so limp (when we asked for well-done), turns out the ranch is my favorite part of the meal. It’s been the same experience every single time, or I wouldn’t go out of my way to leave a review. I would give no stars if I could.

Stopped in after Fun Fest last night, and the lady at the front was doing everything. I think her name was Tia. She was taking orders, helping bag orders, refilling the ice machine, and cleaning the tables. The food was great. Even though i ordered bone in and got boneless, i didnt care. This wingstop is 10x better than the one back home in Greenville, SC.

Well I recently started going back to this wingstop. Stopped a few years ago because the food always tasted a little greasy. Well NOT ANY MORE. Been a few times last few months once with friends. Got the 30 wings, tried couple different chicken sandwiches. WOW. I am extremely picky on the chicken sandwich. Popeyes and the Stop is it for me and I’ve tried em all. Plus OPEN till 12 everyday. Even Sunday 11-12.. So ditch Mcds or whatever junk you eat on them late nights. As few and far between as it is. And Hit wingstop. I’d continue on about how they have The Most Polite service in Town but that why it got the 5th star from me. Plus they make everything fresh. So be prepared to wait 10 minutes so they can make your order for You. Their Ranch pssshh …Enough said

If I could leave no stars, I would. We ordered the full court meal and they screwed it up. We received no classic wings like we ordered. The fries were old and cold. We called to have the most unprofessional female answer the phone. She said they could make our wings right but couldn’t make us fresh, hot fries because we were late picking up. We were quoted 16-21 mins and showed up at 24 mins. 3 extra mins and your fries taste like they’ve been sitting for an hour? No thanks. She proceeds with she can’t help because that’s what we ordered. I’m sorry, no where on my online order receipt does it say I wanted cold fries.

My only complaint is the floor was so sticky it almost pulled my shoes off my feet. My shoes stuck to floor. No new spills. It’s been there a while! Food was awesome. The lemon chicken tastes like it really has lemon juice on it. Mmmm

The store is filthy. I was literally trying not to step out of my shoes because I kept getting stuck to the floor in the dining area. The exterior windows and front door have several streaks, smudges, and greasy finger prints all over them. Most of the tables were dirty and covered in trash.
