Ordered my dinner online. Food was ready when I got there but the wings were barely warm, fries were cool and soggy and didn’t get the ranch that I ordered for my wings. Way too much money for food that was mediocre at best. I definitely won’t make this mistake twice.

Best wings in town, the staff aren’t the best but come on look at them. They need to hire former chic fila staff so they know how to talk to people and acknowledge them. Wings were great the 3 times I’ve are there so far, download the app and save some money.

I’ve been here a few times now. They’re always on a wait for the food (which they’re new that’s okay!). The wings are good, the sauce is great especially the spicy Korean, and the staff is very friendly.

I was really excited to eat here since it’s our first real wing place in oak ridge. Customer service was mediocre. When we first went in the staff said there would be a 30 min wait. That’s understandable since it’s the grand opening… but since the wait was so long I expected the food to be fresh. The wings were a little below Luke Warm. They have no warmers so I saw the food just sitting on the counter getting cold. Not one employee wore gloves. Multiple people wiping sweat off face and tucking hair and not washing hands. I spent $60 bucks, waited a solid hour, to then receive the worst food Iv ever eaten from anywhere. The fries were SOGGY AND COLD. The wings were dry, and COLD, and they forgot a 5 piece wing. I called and all they would do is offer a free meal. worst experience ever!!!!
