The entire staff needs to be fired. Placed an order around 9 PM and didn’t get food until after 11 PM. Employees spent more time outside smoking than they did in the store. We ordered 75 wings totaled over $100.00. They had no one to make fries so no fries. Ordered hot honey for one of the sauces and they gave us dry rub with no sauce. None of these employees should be employed here.

The wait was unsatisfactory (53 minutes) for 2 orders of traditional wings and fries, it was not very busy and we ordered online at 7:52 pm. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:10 pm, we finally got our food at 8:45 pm but we were missing 1 wing out of the 8 pcs and the fries were barely warm and mushy on both orders. The staff stood around, talking quite a bit, and seemed uninterested in the long wait times. They did offer to remake the missing wing, but I did not want to wait any longer. Overall, the wings were good, but the fries, missing wing, and wait time were unacceptable.

Runnnn! Far away do not order from this location. I tried to not put this review but I have had 3 separate horrible experiences here. This latest one I placed my order when I was downtown knowing how long they take. I drove over 30 minutes walked in. When asked if I wanted to place an order, an employee told me okay and never said when my order would be ready. I went outside for 30 more minutes and my order was still not ready. This is the 3rd time I have had horrible service here stay far away runnn

This is my second time here and definitely last. It hasn’t improved in 8 months. Overall just horrible. Longest wait time ever for 6 wings?!!? The place is disgustingly dirty. The staff is never happy, and the food is just gross. Too salty and way too greasy (yes I know it’s fried) but it’s swimming in oils.

My family loves this place. The ranch sauce is so good on just about every wing. You can get celery and carrots instead of fries if that is your thing. The pickup service can be slow at peak hours but they get your order right.
