I can’t rate the food because I never got served. 3 guys were standing right outside the front door smoking 1 did speak. Went inside the girl inside never acknowledged me. What is the point of putting in an online order for pick up at a specific time if they choose to make it 30 minutes later. My order was supposed to be ready at 11:30 am. When I showed up I was told 10 minutes and that’s ok. 2 couples walk in and get their food within 10 minutes not an online order either ordered at the register. Then I hear my name saying is her order done yet? They had just started to drop my wings. I got the boneless wings combo and the knew honey hot combo with fried corn. Flavor was not there and the corn was not fresh at all. Oh and they ran out of ranch like really. I honestly liked Wingstop but not going to this location again.

Thye have only done this 2x in past couple of years but got plain wings instead of Louisiana Rub. Had some sauce at home to eat em fresh but not as good as my favorite. Tried to call but couldnt get an answer. Always great food.

I can’t imagine how corporate is allowing this establishment to completely ruin Wingstops name. This is the only place in Jackson that I have rated one star, which is saying a lot. I gave this place a final chance once it had its “reopeneing” and it is somehow worse than before.

Pickup time for my order was 11:31, here it is after 12 noon and there’s still 5 people in front of me waiting for their orders and the employees are too busy connecting their phones to the Bluetooth speaker instead of making the food

A friend and I went for lunch today (keep in mind we only have one hour lunch break for travel and eating combined). We waited 45 minutes for our food. Fries were lukewarm at best. The wings were warm and seasoned well but not worth the wait. We had to end up taking to go and rush back to work to make it on time. The business wasn’t even that busy. There were maybe 10 people in the place, and some had gotten food already. Very disappointed and more than likely will not be back.

Don’t waste your time or money. I ordered online and as I walked in the guy informed me all the online orders are running behind because they’re waiting on the chicken. I sat there for 15-20 minutes only to watch the guy get my order off the rack by the register that has been sitting there the whole time. Fries were cold and soggy and wings were also cold and there was no ranch even though I paid for extra.
