We went to dine and only 2 employees were there. They were extremely busy but they cooked the food perfectly, were extremely nice and helped us when we asked to sample the sauces. The fries and wings were great. Highly recommend to eat at this location.

Worst Wing Stop! Just for the amount of money and time spent there, its not worth it at all.There’s no zero for me to put. Took forever to get our food. They got the order wrong and then I was still missing food. When I went inside to tell them the lady in back gave me nothing but attitude. She asking me if I didn’t have it, ended asking me to bring in the whole bag inside to prove I didn’t have the trays of food I was missing.Aside from wasting two hrs trying to get our food right, when we finally got our food everything else was cold fries and fries corn where kinda trash too.

This place is a prime example of why Vicksburg can’t have anything nice. I made multiple calls trying to place a to-go order and never got an answer. I drove to the restaurant to place the order, the entire staff was out of the kitchen huddled in a group goofing off. Nobody greeted me at the door or register. The restaurant was filthy, even though you can’t even dine in. The tea was sour and the drink machine had mildew on the caps. The counter space was also beyond sticky without napkins available. Overall, terrible experience. Terrible service. Terrible hygiene. Go to wing-gos near corner market instead or just stay home.

I placed an order online, went inside after 15 minutes to pick my order up and discovered there was only one employee working. Apparently 3 employees quit. She greeted me, explained the situation, and was extremely calm, professional, and had a smile on her face. A simple 10 pc order that I was told to pick up in 15 minutes turned into 45 minutes. I was told they were just fixing the fries after sitting inside waiting 20 minutes. I dont believe them on that at all. The fries were cold bits and pieces that you could not even pick up. My boyfriend that went inside was a lot nicer than I would have been just because he waited so long and of course paying as soon as you walk in. Ordered 2 ranch dressing. Got none. No we did not check the order before we left. After that long wait we just wanted out of there. I have made a complaint with them before so I think its possible that when they heard my name they did all this on purpose. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Well done Wingstop!!!! I have been going to the Ellis Avenue location in Jackson, MS for years and thought nobody could my food like them. I came to the Iowa Blvd. Vicksburg location when they first opened up. I wasn’t pleased at all, but figured they needed practice. Well today, I can say the service was great, food was fresh, store extremely clean and the Hot lemon wings were just how I like them, fries were done well,just needed more season. Service was quick! Thanks and I see the improvement!!! The only thing I’d like to see is hairnets on those with extra long hair, but other than that, no complaints! Keep up the good work! As a Wingstop fan that eats her a few times per month, I am beyond pleased!!!!
