I’ve had much better wings but I would 100% come back to this Starkville location because of Stephanie. Hospitality and good customer service is pretty much gone at “fast food” places. Stephanie had the best genuine customer service and after a full morning of working customer service myelf she made my lunch happy. Thanks Stephanie!

Food was garbage disgusting I order lemon peppers with half garlic parmesan boneless they put too much lemon pepper to the point when I opened my food that’s all I can smell my fries where over cooked with no taste I don’t see what’s the hype about this location been to better one don’t waste your time

Ordered on the app, picked them up and they were burned beyond measure. Not even edible. Ordered seasoned fries as well and they were plain and soggy. Also had two sauces on order and they only gave me one. I’ve worked in the fast food industry and something like this is completely unacceptable. I can tell the frying grease is old and hasn’t been changed in a while. Have definitely had better experiences here, but this was just ridiculous.

I ordered online through DoorDash and did not receive half of my order. They said they gonna send me the missing items soon but waited more than 2 hours till they deliver it. Finally I had to go pick it up coz I didn’t want to wait more. Do not recommend this place.

I would not recommend this location. Multiple times my orders have been missing items, or just plain wrong. Most recently I placed an online order, payed, showed up to the restaurant, and upon arriving I was told there was no food left and that I would be given a refund. Well that was 3 weeks ago and I have yet to be refunded. $30 down the drain. They also won’t answer their phone no matter what. You have to place sketchy online orders that might end up in you being virtually pick pocketed. Do not go here. Wingstop as a corporation has delicious wings and decent prices, however this location clearly lacks leadership, management, and customer service.
