Ordered 10 piece off the menu, was not given a receipt, was not asked if I wanted dipping sauce. When my order came and I asked for ranch, they wanted to see my receipt or have me pay $1.26 for a small ranch sauce. Every other restaurant in town would give you dipping sauce except this place.

I’ve been trying to doordash food since 8:40 pm I know they close at 10pm, so i’ve been trying for the past hour its 9:45pm now To get food, I call and ask. Do you Deliver and they say no only doordash or Uber Eats. I said, okay, I’ve been trying to doordash for the past hour and was told. Yes, we know people have been trying to. We shut it down because we have too many orders. I was unaware. A business is allowed to shut down just because they don’t want to take food. I really hope management sees this. For a straight hour and 20 minutes, no one could order food from your business. And I had over a $100 order. If u go urself the food and service is amazing but I guess ordering online is usless.

We used Doordash to order delivery from this location. We ordered a 35 pc wing with 2 sides. We tried 3 varieties of wings. They were all dry and had the same basic taste. The fries were soggy and the cheese didnt really have a flavor. After the cost ($34) and delivery fee ($10) we would not purchase these wings again. I was very excited to try this place… unfortunately disappointed.

The staff and service here are always fantastic. Our family really likes the food here too. We usually get the wings, some boneless and some with the bone. I enjoy the ones with the bones myself. Yesterday I decided to try their new chicken sandwich. I went for the garlic/parmesan sandwich, as that is the flavor I usually choose for my boneless wings. The chicken and the seasoning were really good. I also enjoyed the pickles on the sandwich but was left wishing that I had a couple of more pickles on the sandwich, as there were only 3 or 4 on it. The only critique I have on the sandwich was that the bun, although fresh, was very think and “dense”. I was pretty disappointed with the bun. I actually took off the top of the bun after a couple of bites and ate the sandwich with only the bottom half of the bun. The bun may please a lot of people, but it just wasn’t great for me. I personally wish that Wingstop would reconsider the type of bun they use so that I could enjoy their sandwiches more often. This is in no way a reflection of this particular Wingstop, as the food was fresh and the staff was wonderful as usual.
