I have never been more impressed with customer service from the ONLY 2 people who were working the night of August 24. They were personable, kind and patient! It was very obvious that they were overwhelmed with orders, but kept smiles on their faces, were honest about the wait time and professional! I ordered a chicken sandwich, wings (paid extra for all flats) and fries thru door dash with this location. They handed my dasher “my order” and when it was delivered to me it was a whole container of celery and carrots and a container with 5 plain boneless wings. Completely not my order. I called and called and got no answer for a resolution. Thankfully DOOR DASH refunded me my money. How do you mess up an order that significantly and then DONT TRY TO FIX IT.

Everytime I go to Wing Stop I order the lemon pepper wings and they are a constant disappointment at this particularlocation. Wings dried up and can’t taste hardly any lemon pepper on them at all. I have given them several times to get it right thinking it was just a bad day but they are like that EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Wing Stop was one of my favorite restaurants until eating at this location. Last night was my last time eating at this one. I’ll just wait until I go back home to get Wing Stop the way its supposed to be. This food is way to expensive for this ridiculousness!!!!

Best wing stop experience I’ve ever had. I used to frequent wing stop when I lived in cali but stopped going cause service was terrible but this location definitely changed that for me. The guy who took my order was super attentive, patient, and cracked a couple jokes which I always appreciate. The restaurant was very clean. Food was prepared quickly and it was delicious. Overall, fantastic experience.

It’s hit and miss. Sometimes the fries are soggy sometimes they ain’t. Sometimes the wings are like chewing brillo sometimes they’re cooked fresh to perfection. Best ranch dip in town!!

Horrible service, good food. I visited on 03/14/2023 @ noon, and there was a woman who was taking orders, and she was completely rude to EVERY single customer who came into the store including myself. I usually order from this location often, but this visit definitely made me not want to come anymore. If she is unhappy with her job, she should find somewhere else to work.
