I used to love Wingstop. Unfortunately since the Pandemic most places have taken a huge hit on quality and this place isn’t excluded by any means …So disappointed with my last experience there…. Absolutey the coldest, oldest fries you could ever imagine, the seasoning on my wings was so heavy you could see it all over my container and the rolls we paid extra for were literally hockey pucks….Check out my pictures and that’s all you’ll need to know. I’d highly avoid this spot and the horrific food they serve and had the audacity to charge 25$ to feed two people ♂️

We ordered the 15 meal piece for two through the app for delivery. We didn’t receive the drinks so we called and got a $10 credit which we were cool with. Should have checked the food first before we called cause we ordered 5mild and 10hot wings and We received a total of 11 hot wings 🙁 and no drinks

I went on the evening of Thursday 11/19. We ordered at the counter. The gentleman at the counter was great. You could tell that he was well trained, and cared about giving good service. He was helpful, patient, went through all the options, repeated the order, and gave fairly accurate times and updateds. He was double checking third party delivery orders before they went out the door. He was in control of the store and did a great job of being consistent with all of the guests.
