The chicken sandwiches were pretty good. However they forgot the pickles which were needed. The wings were good also. The problem with this location is the wait. Regardless if your given a time to pick up in the evening it’ll never be that time. I’ve ordered here multiple times & it’s always the same problem @ night the wait time is awful. For the price you spend they should really be prompt with service. So if you order have your air fryer on stand by.

HORRIBLE place. I ordered extra ranch with my wings and they gave me BLUE CHEESE. Disgusting. The wings taste good but when i order 2 different types of wings in one box, I expect them to be separated not SMUSHED TOGETHER!!!! I ordered half non spicy wings for myself and spicy wings for my sister. My wings were soaked in hot sauce. I couldn’t even enjoy them. NEVER going here again. Also , I almost slipped on the mopped floor because there was no wet-floor sign. And something to add was they were NOT wearing gloves or hairnets. DO NOT come here.

I will never go to this Wingstop again, the customer service was terrible. Mckenzie didn’t get the name right on both orders or the wings. We waited almost an hour for 18 Bone-in wings and 6 Boneless wings. I don’t know if there was a manager or what but there were three people back there and it was a terrible experience. Fries were cold, Barely any seasoning.

Nearly every time we order from this location the food is not hot. I don’t mean it’s mildly warm, no it feels as though the food was made at least 30-45 minutes prior to pickup or delivery, then handed to me. When we call the store to talk to someone, the phone just rings unanswered.

I called in an order for pickup and was assured that my order would be ready when I arrived (even though I wasn’t given a total or a time). I get to the restaurant and they never even put in my order. I was first surprised that they even answered the phone, but to know that I spoke with someone and they did not submit my order is more than frustrating! I have been awaiting over 45 minutes for my order to be fulfilled. No apologies were given, no customer recovery was given and overall, no one seemed to care about the inconvenience that this has caused me. I do not recommend this location when considering ordering wings.

Was told that the pickup time for my order would be 16-20 minutes. Having ordered at this location before, I knew in advance they are typically not on time, so I showed up half an hour after we ordered and they hadn’t yet started the order due to the order printer being broken.

1st visit since i moved out of the neighborhood in June 2022. ordered 8 piece classic combo, with lemon pepper flavor. wings were very dry and not moist. fries were warm, but not hot. since moving downtown last June, i will not be visiting this location again. too far of a drive for bad wings. however, the staff were very friendly.
