Ordered online and received an estimated time to be ready at 16-21 minutes. Showed up at the storefront in 20 minutes and waited an additional 20 minutes for my food to be ready. Got home and was missing a blue cheese. The blue cheese we did get had a thick film on top. You can see in the photos. About half the fries we got were super thick and undercooked as you can see in the photos.

This place has gone so far downhill!! I’ve been coming here since they opened and the food and service used to be good. Now, employees DO NOT wear gloves and they’re handling raw and cooked chicken. They are lazy and don’t care at all whether they get your order correct or not. Wings are slimy and the celery was inedible! The celery was limp and transparent… Rotten! Never again!

i order about 2x a week over the phone coming from work for dinner. today im told i have to get online and order or come in and wait 20mins to place one. i find it very inconvenient to need an APP to place an order. i cant do it driving and if i used it before i left my food would be cold.
