Pleasantly surprised with how great the tenders I had from here were! Better than Canes dare I say. They were so tender, crispy and well seasoned. I had the louisiana rub on both the tenders and fries, I got a 3 piece and each one was perfect! No weird, chewy pieces or anything like that. I ordered via DoorDash so I can’t say much as to the atmosphere or employees, but what I do know is my food came safely packed, sealed and hot. My only complaint is the tenders were a bit too oily. Regardless, I highly recommend! 🙂

My favorite location. Great customer service. Clean store. My food is always ready when I order online. I get bone in- well done wings. They are always CRISPY. They did mess up putting the incorrect wing flavor in my order but it’s okay. They’re usually pretty accurate. I will return for sure.

I waited 45 minutes past my pickup time only to get “overcooked” wings barely cooked. Out of all the sodas except diet and 0s. Fries were great. Wings were awful. Go to Mentor on the Lake. This shop is just awful.

Sitting here as I chose to dine in with my family and the service was terrible from beginning to end. The girl working the register clearly didn’t want to work tonight as she has a horrible attitude. We ordered a 40 wing family pack as it was a party of 5. We got all drums no flats. At no point when we went to order were we told that they only had drum orders. To make matters worse when we speak with the manager he tells us that their inventory was low, and there would be no refund no chicken tenders no cups of ranch, nothing to make this error on their part corrected. All he said was I’m sorry and if that’s not sufficient call the number on the wall. This place is a joke, no ice in the pop machine, no napkins with order, I dont even see a trash can in here. Bad experience, bad food, and horrible customer service

Well. Our last experience was probably our worst so far. 3/25/2023.) Ordered 30 plain bone-in wings and got only 6 flats. Wow! Turns out they were over-cooked as well. Also got 20 bonesless.(mild). You need to separate the wings as well! They put them all in one big pan! Sauce on mild was ok but they tatsed under-cooked. Very mushy. Not exactly a fan of wingstop right now.
