The service isn’t bad, the workers are just in a hurry to fill orders. The wait time is usually 20 – 30 minutes even with an online order, which isn’t the worst. Still, my issue is that I’d imagine someone dumped an entire bag of salt in all the mixes, because the wings were inedible and our stomachs are destroyed from the wings we did eat, and this isn’t the first time this has happened. I do blame the owners, though. They need to staff this place well, focus on cleanliness because the place is often dirty, do a better job at training, and pay their workers well.

Terminals not working. Cashier was on her cellphone the entire time. The restaurant was nasty… floors dirty.. tables dirty and sticky. Also, I ordered a 6pc boneless and the size of these miniature pieces mixed in with the normal size after waiting an hour was ridiculous.

I’d like the French fries a lot and I had the wings with bone in and mild hot sauce it was very yummy but it seems like they’re giving a tiny but less on the French fries. The girl at the front cash register she said she was new but she was very nice and very pleasant. But her definition of 15 minutes was way longer than a 15 minute wait for my food, She did say they were pretty busy.

Dearest reader, If you value your sense of smell, sight, taste and touch. You will simply avoid this location at all costs. When I first entered, I suddenly found myself playing a version of restaurant figure skating. The floors were so slippery even standing on the rugs couldn’t save you. I had no issues with the server himself, and I even received my food faster than expected. However when we skated our way out of the establishment and entered our vehicle. My friend commented on the odd pungent scent originating from the bag. I told her it was probably nothing, and we shouldn’t be overly concerned, because I’ve never had bad wings from a wingstop. Sadly there’s a first time for everything. When we arrived home we opened the bag and began eating the wings. We couldn’t get past the first couple wings. It was dry and the taste made me think that these wings were laying out all day last tuesday of the previous week and then reheated. The flavor of the sauce itself was not what I experienced in other locations either. Mind you this is the first time at this location and my friends first time at a wingstop ever. I hope you’re proud that she now associates wingstop with vomit. Please do better, G’day

Don’t respond I already emailed you. Food was horrible. My stomach been messed up for two days. I’m done with y’all forever. I love the food but this experience just ended any chance of me ever coming back. Also, there was like 20 people working and I waited an hour for my food that I ordered in advance.

If you like wings that taste like nothing, you’ll love this place. I got 2 different favors, garlic parm and mild. They both taste exactly the same. It’s like someone who ate garlic parm and mild wings burped on some naked, unseasoned wings and boxed them up. I’m still very hungry.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. I did an online order for pickup and when I got there the place looked absolutely disgusting. I knew I should’ve just thrown my order out based on how unclean it looked inside but didn’t wanna waste food I paid for. Well lesson learned cause 30 mins after only eating 4 wings im puking and have diarrhea nonstop which lasted into the night. I picked up my food and ate it around 5:30pm yesterday and now almost 24 hours later and I am still not feeling ok and can barely hold any food down. I can’t believe the health department hasn’t shut this place down. I’m almost more mad at myself for ignoring the conditions I saw and am now suffering the consequences because of it.
