Missing items that were paid for. Order was incorrect. Wrong flavors and received all drums when flats were requested. Called and asked to speak to a manager. Left on hold extensively twice. When I called the third time I was told to call back because they were busy. Why wasn’t I told that the first couple times when I called .The employee also hung up on me. My order is NEVER right when I go here. I won’t waste another dime. I’d like my money refunded for the missing and incorrect items!!!

Walked into this place and tried to order and they said due to staffing issues they’re not taking anymore orders. My husband doordashes and everytime he comes in to pick up an order it takes 30 minutes plus and that time length is being generous. On top of the horrible customer service and the long wait time it’s pretty unsanitary. The workers don’t wear gloves, hair nets, nothing and look like they just come to work to hang out instead of work. Tried to come for my first time and won’t try and second time.

Waited for an hour for our order my wife order a six piece combo and I had a ten piece combo. People who order after us got their food before we did. The workers was more in to having conversation and joking around then getting their customers orders out. Food was good but could use work on staffing focusing on getting the customer out instead of playing and joking with each other.

I placed a online order, arrived a little later to give them time my order hadn’t even. Even started, upon waiting the I noticed that a couple bags from the line where dropped on the floor. Team members replaced the bags 30 mins later I asked about a update on my order and they had no idea, I over heard the someone say oh that must have been one of the bags that was dropped. Order was then reprinted and placed at the back of the line to be made. No apology was given or even an update. While waiting another 30 mins one of the staff members clocked out and again no updat on my order so I asked the young lady the took over and she gave me the rudest response. After another 20 mins she brought me my food by slamming it on the counter and walking away. The manager was present and made no effort to help do anything. The lee and Harvard wing stop is the worst store ever. I placed my order at 845 online I finally left with my order at 1030pm. I only ordered 2 8-piece meals. So sad
