We decided to order wing stop for dinner and get 4 people food. Not only did they for get the sauces we PAID for but the lady in there was so rude to everyone who spoke to her she also mocked my friend when she was being really nice to her. She told us without a receipt we could get our sauces we paid for but she didn’t even give us a receipt. Luckily the boy working in there knew we had been waiting a while so he gave us the sauces for free. If you hate ur job that much don’t work being rude to costumers isn’t the way to go.

1 star because you can’t put 0. They handle UberEATS deliveries out to whoever looks like they’re there for one and never actually checks the order. This UberEATS driver stole two $80 meals from me after this wingstop didn’t verify if he was there to pick up my replacement order after stealing my first order. Then after calling and talking to someone they told me to cancel the order on my end and it would fully reimburse me. And it didn’t. I was charged $71 by UberEATS to “compensate” the restaurant and driver. Terrible service. They thought they shouldn’t have to replace my second order because it was a big order that they would have to talk to someone hire than them to replace but yet they handed $80 of my money to someone who wasn’t supposed to ever touch my food.

Customer service was great, but management desperately needs to staff this store better. Food is coming out ~20 (or more) minutes late for every person who ordered ahead for takeout, and it’s obvious the floor & tables haven’t been cleaned in a while. To be 100% clear, this is not staff’s fault, they were going as fast as they could with a Saturday night rush, but there weren’t enough of them, which is a management issue.

This place is amazing! The workers aren’t slacking and they do their job not only diligently but correctly. The food tasted great and the lady working the cash register was rather friendly. Honestly, it’s not the workers, it’s the type of people that come in. In the time I sat down to wait and eat(at least an hour), only two reasonable people came in. The rest were rude. They had the audacity to complain about prices and it’s almost like nobody had patience. I doubt all the bad reviews are actually for something reasonable.

There’s not an option for a negative star review so therefore that’s the only reason I gave one star. Worst service I’ve ever had and was the first time I ordered and wanted to try WingStop at the new store that just opened on 10th St Indianapolis I paid $63 for a door dash order that came the first time with literally only 3 baskets of fries. Which was NOT what I ordered then when calling back to have order corrected the sent a redelivery out with just one order of fries only. Never was resolved and I ended up paying $63 for a total of four baskets of fries and it was late so nobody or children even got to eat. Will never order or try this place again or door dash. Unless you owe much want to have your money just stolen due to their error.

ordered 10 piece wings and received 9 piece which they don’t have, the fries were cooked too soft my bag was so greasy, the corn i ordered did not taste like anything but grease. Trying a different location was not a good choice.
