Horrible. Don’t waste your time. More like sting stop, I just got stung for 70 bucks for ice cold fries. one basket of fries was half full. A 16 piece boneless order had 3/4 the order of penny to nickel size balls of breading and what looks to be a bitten off piece of chicken. (Prob just from tongs if they even use em) but still shouldn’t have been in the box. Everything was cold after the 45 minute wait but the girl told everyone waiting 5 minutes. This place hadn’t let me down in the past but will definitely be the last time.

The food and customer service was good; but when we arrived all the chairs were already put up as if the store was going to close soon even though there was still 2 hours left before they close. We took our food for take out because we were unsure of the situation. Other than that, everything else was good.

I placed an order by walk in on 08/17. The short redhead lady at the counter with the glasses was incredibly rude and short with me. She asked for my name and then just stared at me, no indication that she was ready to take my order. So I asked if she was ready and she firmly applied “yep.” With the rudest look on her face. I gave her my order and she was very obviously not interested in hearing anything I had to say. I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the same way she acts towards her managers. I honestly hope you guys get her out of there because she made ordering an awful experience. After I placed my order and got it in a timely manner however, a young lady by the name of COURTNEY redeemed her co worker’s nasty attitude and was extremely helpful in getting me an extra side of sauce. Keep COURTNEY dump that other lady!! It’s thanks to people like Courtney I still eat out and come here.

Ordered a 10 piece classic hot wings, fries, and a drink. Took about 20 minutes to get my order. Sat down and ate. The wings were over cooked. The sauce wasn’t that hot and didn’t have much flavor. The Bleu Cheese was watered down and flavorless. Not what I would come to expect from Wingstop.

I’ve had food here before and it was fine but our last two visits were pretty bad. Our most recent trip consisted of waiting for about 30 minutes in the store and watching two other groups come in after us, order and receive their food, and then leave. I went up to ask about our order and we were told that they were still working on it. Another 20 minutes went by before I gave up and requested a refund.

This place does not have a working phone and you can’t order your sauce on the side online. I ordered 14 boneless wings over a 2 months ago, got home and there was barely 10.i had no way to call up there and simply get a credit for next time. I had to research the customer service number, which is not easy, finally get ahold of someone and then WAIT literally a month to hear back! Then a month later it’s still not resolved, they ask what the order number was., like I held onto the receipt. I gave it to the rep when I made the call 2 months ago! Really good food, but this location needs fixed because dealing with customer service is a joke.
