I did a order through doordash about an hour ago tonight. I order a chicken sandwich/ 4 chicken strip. I honestly really like wingstop but after what I just received I’m good off them. A little overdone would be an understatement. Ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos and both looked like this. Their is no way they didn’t see that before deciding to serve it. Unfortunately was carry out. Didn’t realize it until I was gone. Last time we had an issue with missing multiple items. This location needs some work.

Can someone please explain the delivery process? I order food to my hotel and received notification that my delivery was arrived. I open my room door but there was no food( I included my room number on order). So I go downstairs to the front desk to see if my order was there and it wasn’t! So before I go upstairs to call about my order, I step outside to find my food inside the double entry door sitting on a luggage moving cart! So unsanitary!! Anyone could have grab my order! I’ve been trying to contact the location since yesterday and the phone has been busy/ off the hook for the last 10 hours

Seconds upon walking in the door a young man behind the counter yelled at me “did you placed an order online!”, I said I just wanted to see your menu, and he basically told me that if I want to see a menu I have to see that online! He made it very clear he wanted me to leave! Is this the reception first-time customers should receive at a business? It seems when there’s a major event in town, a customer is a is a dime a dozen.
