Ordered online and arrived on pick up time. Was told to wait 5 minutes. I pick up my order and realize at home the bag has someone’s name scratched off and they dumped someone’s food in cooking grease to heat it up and gave that to me. t was swimming. Do not go here. There’s other food spots nearby. Spend your money elsewhere. Will serve you old wings and reheat in old cooking oil.

I bought a meal of 30 pieces and another separate order and all the wings came out super salty. I got 3 flavors and either I got the same flavor for all or there’s no difference in flavors. Either way I was highly disappointed and won’t go back in the future.

I went to this Wingstop, Hammond Indiana , near Walmart. I gave 4 stars, because of Regina and Kalene (Manager), they were awesome good customer service, helpful,and professional! Now let’s rate the food, the corn was good , the chicken was hard and taste old ( dry) . The place look clean , but the floor was sticky and water was leaking near the drinking machine ( with no spill sign) . If it wasn’t for the team , I would have gave this place 2 stars!!!

Waited over an hour for a online order that should’ve been ready only for them to realize my ticket never printed which is somewhat understanding equipment sometimes fails that happens. What isn’t acceptable is how the situation was handled! Over 14 people all waiting for orders only for half of them to even have been received. Enployees completely unprofessional and very rude especially after asking for a refund had to wait another 20 minutes only to be told it’ll take 7-10 business days. Completely horrible experience especially with a pregnant fiance waiting in the car for almost an hour.

Got to be the worst wing stop I have ever been to boss pleas save you rep and shut it down! I get to the location I was next up as I approach the lady at the register another customer walks up asking questions about changing his order then he for a 2nd time come up interrupt my ordering he asks about getting a drink and how to work the pop machine so she walks off and leaves me waiting while she explains how to use a pop machine finally she comes back to take my order I ask for a 10 pice classic garlic Parmesan , hot honey and parmesan garlic fries with a large drink. After making my purchase I waited for her to hand me my drink she didn’t give When. I finally get my order after 30 minutes of waiting when I arrive home. I seen I was given the wrong order. They gave me boneless chicken. Different sauces i never asked for cold fries regular. I proceeded to give the store a call to let them know. They messed my order up. When the lady picked up the phone she told me to please hold so I held as I drove to the location She never picked up the phone the time I arrived to the store location. I left my phone on speaker and seen that She have left her phone on the table and she was not busy. When I confronted her about the wrong order she gave me an I don’t care attitude. Look at my fries and started pointing at it super closely and said i see garlic I told her no garlic fries or covered in garlic.. i told her no these are dry with No garlic and she said that she can see that the boneless was the wrong order. I had to wait another 30 min for my order this is unfair and Horrible service and unprofessional rather go to Macdonalds 100%
