The food was okay, I went because a friend said it was good. My food was fresh but my fries were beyond fried. The chicken was good but it lacked something. I got a lemonade with my meal but I tasted very watered down. The inside could’ve been cleaner and more stocked than what it was.

They handed me my food in a literal trash bag and my fries were beyond French Fried. I was quite surprised by the lack of sauces available when I ordered. The guys in there look like they have no organization or cognizance of what’s going on. The guy running the register was trying to help other people while taking my order which honestly made it very confusing. I don’t think this place is anything to write home about, that’s for sure

I can’t express how awful this place is service wise. I waited 30+ minutes to pickup my food that was set to be picked up at 7pm and ended up walking out with my food at 7:35pm and it was to no surprise cold. They were taking orders from other customers and didn’t bother to attend to the customers who had online orders. The store had 2 registers and only chose to use one and placed someone who was incompetent on delivering change back, didn’t exchange any words.

The chicken wings were not fully cooked. I order 6 boneless chicken wings. Waited 30 minutes and got them with bone. Asked them nicely to change them and got dirty looks. Five minutes later they gave me wings. The wings were not fully cooked. I split one open and it looked raw. The staff was hard to communicate with.

Needs a proper line system to order and receive food. You basically have people in a big circle around the counter waiting to order, and when your food is done after the 30 minute wait to order, and then the 30 minute to receive, they don’t announce your order to be done. You have to get back in line and ask. I had enough time to stop by, run errands, come back, and the food was still not done.

Worst food I have ever eaten. Wings are so hard they break teeth and the wait time is next to insane. I waited 40+ minutes LONGER than my wait time was supposed to be only to get home and unbox the horror in which is wingstop I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all cost! Not only is it crazy expensive but it is aweful food and the language barrier is tremendously overwhelming. Please please go somewhere ELSE!!!!!

Was just in for lunch today and we were the 2nd customers in the door. Took us 30 minutes to get our food and they served 8 different customers before us. Wings were mediocre, they went light on the sauces (not very tasty), but I will say the Ranch was good. Overall it was not a quick stop for lunch. I know it’s new and they’ve been open for a little less than a month but you would think after a few weeks they would know what they’re doing.

Horrible experience. I would honestly give 0 stars if it were an option. Placed an online order that would be ready for pickup in 20 mins. I get to the restaurant 25 mins later and had to wait an additional 30 mins before my food was ready. Checked in with the front desk 3 times as numerous other inside orders were served prior to mine. Take my food and go, 5 mins later open the bag and the wings are cold, fries are soggy. So apparently the order had been sitting in the back for sometime before they decided to bring it forward. Staff all looked like they were having a horrible time and none cared about any of the customer concerns which were brought up by others during my time at Wingstop. Hopefully this is a one-off but I will not be returning to try again.
