Me and my friend came in today and Preston was working at the register and they were very kind and was doing a great job considering he said it was only his 3rd day. Well when we got back home we realized they forgot my friends fries so we came back to get the fries that were forgot and she ordered Cajun corn and did the survey to get the free fries from last visit Preston was having issues putting the free fries in the computer and asked for help multiple times and the other employees wouldn’t help him and he was getting very overwhelmed so kianna finally come over and got very mad at him and gave him the cold shoulder so he ended up walking away very upset after the transaction was complete. Me and my friend went and sat to wait for her 2 orders of fries and corn. As we were sitting the employees were laughing and smiling about Preston leaving and kianna and the man with the beard and tattoos were the main one’s laughing about the situation. Well finally my friends order comes out and they forgot both her fries again and had an attitude with her when she told them they forgot it again. I’m very upset with how Preston was treat and I hope he can find a job where he is valued and treated with respect.

I asked for my fries well done, they were soggy. I was told 15-20 minutes, showed up at 20 minutes, and my food wasn’t even done. Manager gave me no reason or any compensation for my order when I ordered just CHEESE FRIES WHICH ONLY TAKES 3-5 MINUTES TO COOK! None of the employees seemed in any rush to get my food out to me, they just kept walking back in forth between the line and the back of the store. Absolutely ridiculous.

Saddly over the last year this place has gone down hill. It took I placed an online order and it said 16 to 21 minutes. Bit it was 45 minutes and when I asked why my order was taking so long the staff was rude and just said because it was. We will not be going here again.
