Lmao by far the worst location! what a joke sad this is how they run a franchise . My wife and i placed an online order for pickup and when we arrived at 3:30pm on a Thursday the doors were locked and finally after knocking a guy came to the door and says sorry we dont have a manager right now and we cant make any orders or refund your order. When i asked when a manager will be present he said should be here in a half hour or so. So after calling customer service and dealing with them for an hour i now i have to wait up to a week for my refund. Im not one to leave reviews but this just blew my mind and hope i can save someone else the head ace and maybe they can save this location because i will never waste my time or money again here. Guess good helps hard to find these days most of the employees can’t even speak proper english or do the math to give your correct change.

I tried the voodoo fries for the first time, and they were awesome. The chicken sandwich was also very good and I got barbecue on it. And the wings are always good. The only issue I had was I had it delivered and they did not put any napkins or like a fork or anything and you definitely need a fork for those fries we don’t really have anything at work I could use so thank God I had chopsticks in the car.

The place wasn’t crowded, but the way you had to wait for your food made it seem that way. The kitchen staff wasn’t rude but weren’t friendly either, but the person working the counter was nice and patient. The tables didn’t seem to be clean and they had to actively refill a few things there. One of the workers was reluctant to do the refills. It took about a half hour just for a 10 piece, and half of the wings (the half with sauce) were dry when they weren’t supposed to be. The chicken is good, but it’s not worth the wait.
