This Chicken sandwich they are advertising is NOT worth the stop. It looks NOTHING like the commercial. Super thin. Less than a quarter inch sliver. Thoroughly fried. Totally dry. Tasteless. Garlic parmesan was what I got. The only picture I took was of the over cooked fries. Consider yourself warned. The coke was good. No recommendations here. Just don’t get the sandwich.

This location needs more help. I’m giving 5 stars because the front desk woman was a sweetheart and so was the kitchen staff but I placed my order at 6pm and I’m in here at 6:20pm (15-21 min wait per email) and it’s now 6:50pm and no food yet. I was told “they are putting the sauce on” and that was at 6:30pm. You guys are so slow and it’s not even funny when orders are places ahead of time. Everyone sitting at tables in here are waiting on an order. That’s disgusting

Absolutely horrible customer service. We placed an order online for a wing special with fries that was suppose to come with 2 dips. When we picked up the order they specifically said the ranch was in the bag. Got home and no ranch. We ordered from a location a bit far from our house, so I called to see what could be done. Discount, etc since it wasn’t feasible to drive back. The lady told me I should have picked a location closer to me and hung up. Definitely will never use this location in the future. If I get Wing Stop at all.

The food is OK. But there was no napkins, no trash cans in the lobby. No paper towel in bathroom either. Most tables look wet/unclean. The place is empty. I see lot of staff. there was only a couple waiting for food and so these things should be taken care of.
