I honestly don’t know why they have so many bad reviews. I have been one time and I had to call and get my order replaced but ever since then my orders have been perfect. I do still give them a call and tell them to add extra seasoning and make sure that they’re well done and make them with love as a joke lol and they always do just that the managers and cashiers are also really nice and understanding as well

I ordered online and waited until the time stated to pick my food up. Not only was it not ready they hadn’t even started my order and were nonchalant like oh well its gonna be at least another 20 minutes. They already had my money and now its almost an hour since I ordered. Unacceptable, maybe if they work instead of looking at their phone the food would get done. Quick way to lose customers.

Stopped in to order wings, wanted to try the new location. Asked about the lunch special, and was told it was 2 wings for 5 bucks. On the door, they had a sign for a 5 piece boneless for $7.50. Their employees really should know the promos, especially if you have big signs on your door for them. Inside there is a menu, but prices are not listed, which is misleading. I ordered some boneless wings, and it had the same problem I have with other Wing Stop locations, it’s just way too salty. Their garlic parm wings had no flavor other than salt, the lemon pepper should be called lemon salt, and the bbq was actually pretty decent. I also ordered seasoned fries, which had something sweet on them, and were not very good. The location has only been opened for 1 to 2 weeks, but the kitchen didn’t appear very clean. If I didn’t know it was a brand new location, I would have guessed it had been there for years. Unfortunately I probably won’t be back, there are better chicken places that are cheaper and cleaner in the area.

I order from here 3 times a month ever since they opened. Sometimes a bit slow but every time my order has been nothing short of AMAZING. Best boneless wings I’ve ever had, every time! (And I’ve tried them everywhere) The Cajun Corn is also AMAZING. I’ve tried every flavor there is and have yet to be disappointed. I’m somewhat of a “Foodie” the employees have always been very friendly and once in a while it’s slow and they are very apologetic and usually offer you a free soft drink for the wait. I’d eat there twice a week if I could afford it.

The supervisor on the night shift on 8-25-23 was utterly rude to her new employee in front of customers n completely ruined my food all of it was ice cold like she poured cold BBQ sauce on it .. Garlic parm sauce all over everything n and my car and my work clothes electronics in my vehicle all ruined because she didn’t bag it properly….all this could’ve been avoided had she been worried about her job n doing it instead of her own carryout from somewhere else she didn’t get as she walked in when I arrived and she complained about as she walked in the store …. now they took my money n wouldn’t make it right …. I hope something is done about this and never happens to anyone else and crazy part it was my first time there at a wing stop ever so needless to say I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK AND I HOPE NO ONE ASKS ME ABOUT HOW THE FOOD IS !!!!! I FEEL SORRY THE NEW GIRL WHO TOOK MY Initial order the person in charge treated her like she was a dog !!! I didn’t want to have the police called on me or I would’ve said something aloud!!!!!

I give credit where it’s due! It’s always easy to do a negative review, but I’m here to shed light on this location. There’s a location closer to my home, but I deliberately choose this location because of the outstanding service from the team… as soon as I walk in the door! Not to mention my orders have been correct and the customer service is amazing! The team works together and create a great atmosphere! I’d like to make special mention of two team members in particular: Cee Cee and Suszie! You guys are great at what you do!!! Keep up the great work!
