Tried their Special meal : 20 boneless chicken wings with Lemmon Pepper, Atomic, Mango Habanero and Louisiana Rub with large fry, 2 additional chicken tenders and 2 Dips (Blue cheese and Cheese). Great taste except that lemon pepper was salty. Service was good, Manager checked twice and kept us informed on the waiting time. Overall exceeded expectations . Also they gave free large fries coupon for next time purchase within 14 days, would be nice if it expires by 30days instead!!!

Very busy. I use the app for wingstop to order my food. Order has always been done correctly and ready when promised. I have ordered 15 pieces with two different flavors, and using the slider bar in the app allows you to select how many pieces you wish of each flavor. Nice option. There is a place to upgrade your drinks. Select your side and sauce(s). Fries have the option of being done normally or cooked a bit longer for a crisper fry.

All I can say is Yummmmy! The bone in wings are low carb and super crunchy and delish! The manager was very nice and inquired about our experience! That really meant alot to us because he took the time out to do that. He was eager to improve in any area, that is rare. I forgot his name but thank you Mr Manager or owner(not sure which one) lol. Please note: we will be back and also visit the 23 mile location as well.

Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had getting food. Ordered online waited half an hour, got home and realized we were missing half of our food. Called and waited another hour just to not get the food due to the careless excuse of a staff. Never going to this location again.

If I could give zero stars for this place I would. The customer service was horrible. The girl at the counter didn’t know what she was doing. I was there about 20 minutes and orders apparently weren’t going from the front to the back so they couldn’t cook the food. So somebody came out. Took my receipt. Said he was a manager and said he would fix it. About 10 minutes. Well 10 minutes turned into. I was there an entire hour and people behind me started getting their food before I did what do you do in that situation while you try to justify things and make things right with your customers that are sitting there for over an hour, but did they no no that did not? In fact the owner even showed up and didn’t even try to fix things with the customers or help his employees with the mess that was happening. Very disappointed. Never been to this store and will never be back I waited over an hour for my food and then eventually people behind me started getting their food before me. That was the final straw. I asked for my money back A bunch of teenagers running the place. I will never be back.

Don’t bother dining in. They’ll tell you 10 minutes for your food, 25 minutes later when you inquire they realize they lost your order then rush to give you a chicken sandwich with hot oil pouring off it and cold greasy undercooked fries, no apology.
