They forgot half of our order. We didn’t realize till we got home. The wings we did receive were not labeled so we did not know what was what. The wings we did get were 2 different flavors put into the same box and the sauces got mixed together. The fries were very soggy and not good. When we went back, I asked for a refund on the forgotten items. I was told because it was an online order that the refund will take a couple days to go through the general manager.

Slow service. Ordered a hot honey rub sandwich online but I got an original chicken sandwich. Shows laziness because it’s not like they could’ve heard my order wrong, they were busy so I assume they were cutting corners. Another customer came in who said he ordered on the phone and had to re-iterate his order and name multiple times but different employees kept asking him what his order was (I assume they weren’t hearing him well but no one spoke up.) After about 3 times he told them “y’all need to start listening better” and gave up on his order and walked out. The only reason I gave my experience 2 stars instead of 1 was because the sandwich at least tasted good. But it wasn’t what what I wanted and the service was really slow.

They call themselves experts but they are the WORST I have had in my life. Too dry, tastes like oil was never changed. I felt sick the whole day. The place was nasty, unclean. They also forgot fries for order, had to go back for that. Should have looked at reviews, only went there before Chipolte was closed and they were nearby. NEVER AGAIN.

disgusting. ordered the new crunch time, there is no lemon pepper on it and about one big pinch of what tastes like spicy dirt. asked for extra seasoning on my fries and got cold soggy fries with no seasoning. paid for extra ranch and got one. the bag was wet and soggy like it was sitting there all day or got something poured on it. i ordered online it said about 15 minutes i showed up after five and somehow my food was ready. as soon as i walked through the doors the girl turned around and screamed “f***”, that’s extremely disrespectful. as im leaving this girl starts screaming again. unprofessional store. rude employees. old dirty food. wish i could get my money back.

Slow pickup, but otherwise everything was okay. It’s a franchise so you’re not getting anything different than other WingStops. Garlic parm dry rub was mid. Other liquid sauces were good. Only doing 4/5 because of long wait but they were nice.

I was eating in at the Wing Stop at, 35374 Van Dyke Ave, Sterling Heights, MI 48312, and watched as Door Dash drivers filed customers delivery soda pop cups. There was no way for the Door Dash drivers to wash their hands, other than going to the bathroom. None of them did. I even saw one Door dash driver sneeze into his hands and then grab the cup to fill with soda pop. He put his fingers into the cup as he grabbed it. I asked an employee why the did not fill the soda pop cups. They said management told them not to do it, as it was not their job. I was there about 20 minutes and saw six Door Dash drivers fill cups, and one Uber Eats driver. I was eating close enough to the counter to hear them announce who they were picking up for and what company.
