Walked in to place my order, lady behind the counter was helpful explaining their items and which she preferred. Had to wait a bit but for fresh cooked food that makes sense. We enjoyed the bone in wings, fries, and chicken sandwich, tried the bottom 3 heat options (garlic Parm, Hawaiian, and lemon pepper) all were tasty, seasoning wasn’t skimped on, but also not overbearing.

The wings were amazing, 6 out of 5, but sadly I ordered fries with my order & they arrived soggy, undercooked & tasteless. I tried to put them in the air fryer for 15 minutes & they were somehow still soggy. 100% get wings! The wings are great. The fries were horrible.

Low rating for wing flavor that I ended up tossing however my service was great. The people who work there have fantastic attitudes. But sadly the korean bbq wings that I received were bad. It had no spice and was not pleasing to the palate at all. I would have been forced to throw my entire meal had I not split my wing flavors.

Really disappointed. Ordered ahead of time and selected a pick up time. When I arrived the food had obviously been sitting there a long time and was stone cold. They didn’t offer to remake it or anything. In fact all the employees were in the back and there was a lobby full of frustrated people who they were obviously ignoring. Giving it two stars because the fries tasted good after I reheated them in the oven.

Placed my order over the phone and informed the employee that I have the coupon for the 5 free wings. I was informed that I had to get ten wings and nothing less because I did not get a combo which is new to me because I always go to different Wingstops and this is the first I’ve ever heard of. Lady informed me that I can use the coupon just as long as I show it once I get there. When I arrive, as I was cashing out I was informed that I could not use the coupon in the store again which is awesome news to me. Then she proceeded to tell me that I can only use it online but she was giving it to me because it was my first time which is not true. The coupon clearly states in store or online when I explained that to her she then proceeded to say that I can only use the coupon once and then I can only order online if I use it again. Never have I ever encountered so many discrepancies just to place a order for wings. The vibe in atmosphere of the restaurant was okay. My first and last time coming.

This was our first visit but definitely not our last. We got 2 of the specials that included 20 pc boneless wings, with the option of 4 different flavors for the wings, with large fries and 2 dips. We substituted Cajun corn for the fries on second meal. We tried 8 different flavors between the 2 meals. Every single one was delicious. The Cajun corn is little wheels of corn (cob) with Cajun seasoning. Everything was amazing. Our tongues are still tingling from the spices, but in a good way. Our family of 3 tried everything and there’s still leftovers. The Walled Lake location is the tiniest building but they pack in big flavor in a very clean store. The service was great and very friendly, even at 11pm. I can’t say enough about this place. You must try it!

Came here the other night the young man at the register was really nice and helpful in helping me choose the best things on the menu. the wait times are a little long but it isn’t fast food and I was told everything is cook to order and I love not getting old/stale food definitely coming back.
