Waited 30 min for food. I also noticed employees not wearing hairnets or wearing gloves while handling food they left the sauce off my wings completely failing to provide any sauce for the wings I also bought the chicken sandwich combo the sandwich was so saucy i couldn’t eat it it was I giant mush mess. As for the fries there was absolutely no seasoning on them. If I could give zero stars I would definitely a 40$ robbery for this subpar trash

Ordered our food, woman at the counter didn’t know how to make change. The wings were dry and chewy. The hot Korean sauce tasted like salted honey. The coke machine only dispensed cherry flavor coke. No lids for the take out cups. Can’t make this stuff up folks. Horrible place.

Called in an order tonight because their website said they were only accepting call ins. The girl on the phone asked me the same question multiple times and didn’t ask for details on my order (like what dip I wanted) and then seemed irritated when I told her. She told me my order would be ready in 20min. My husband went in to pick it up and they (1 guy and 2 girls) told him they had no order and that no one had called them. I have proof on my phone of the call and I confirmed the number was correct. Kind of feels like they just didn’t want to have to do their job tonight. The service and quality at this location has been steadily going down hill and this is our last straw. In the future we will be going to literally any other wing place over this store.

Waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by the people running the place. They were more concerned with cleaning up for the night and talking about getting out of work on time, which was still an hour and a half away when I got there. Then waited another 30 minutes for my food to be done. Not busy at all. The front drink area was absolutely disgusting. Trash everywhere, trash bucket full and overflowing. And nothing but irritated looks from every worker in there. I think if I would have walked out I would have just made their night.

I wouldn’t bring my family here. Bunch of people listen I ng to loud rap music. Profanity used all the time. Frier oil is hardly ever changed because there’s always something wrong with the fryer. And you can’t get good service. This one’s for the hood.
