My Experience was Awful at BEST. I called and they told me they are not taking any orders over the phone. So I drove to the store and when I got to the registered I was greeted how may I help you? I asked I want to put an order in. The employee told me to hold on and turned around and continue to cook in front of my face that was strike 2. With that level of service it was not my time to spend any-money for the headache that was coming my way. 3 young kids with no adult supervision is what it felt like. Wing Stop in Iowa has not done very well at all in my opinion very disappointing due to the fact that the ones in Texas are Awesome

The food was ok, but my fries were cold, my order was over 20 minutes past my pickup time before it was ready, and the fountain pop touch screen said they were out of pretty much every kind of pop other than sugar free and I already paid for my 2 drinks and didn’t use either of them. Not a horrible experience, but also not the best for spending over $50 for dinner.

Tried to submit order online at 6PM on a Thursday, and got an error that they were not accepting online orders. Called to order over the phone and got hung up on, then called again and mentioned the issue with online ordering. Employee said the online system wasn’t accepting orders because they were having an employee meeting (at 6PM on a thursday?!). She was still able to take my order at that time and then never asked for payment before hanging up. Went to pick it up 25min later and they hadn’t started my order yet because payment hadn’t been processed. They did give me a free brownie and 3 extra wings but still not a fun experience. Food was decent.

The slowest place in Ankeny. I’m also pretty sure they have never washed their counter ever. The greasest grossest I’ve seen. If you door dash, decline it. Not worth the wait and they make you get the drinks for deliveries. Expect the food at least 10-20 minutes after the pick up time.

Love wingstop, but this location has screwed up my last 3 online orders through their app. Make sure to check your order and don’t bother ordering through a third-party app where you can’t check the bag yourself. Can almost guarantee something is going to be missing out of your order.

Received ice cold corn once. Gotten completely wrong orders delivered with the delivery person saying that’s the order they were given. When it’s right it’s good, but it’s 50/50 whether or not you’ll even get the right order. Shame, because my few personal interactions with the staff when I would go in person were nice.

Had to ask some one to take our order as the 4 employees were leaning on counters and chit chatting. Acted like we interrupted them. Wearing sagging jeans to the point we could see 4 inches of boxers. Gross and so unprofessional. It has now been 34 minutes still no food and people who came in and ordered after us have their order. Ridiculous!!! Never again!

Ordered via phone around 3:15pm on a Tuesday and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Knowing and reading reviews I waited 45 minutes. Get there and music playing so loud the “cooks” did not hear me come in and say, “Hi!” Every other word was a swear word from the music including words that should never be said by anyone. There were only 2 people I could see inside but could see 2 people smoking cigarettes in the doorway to the outside in the back. However, after one of them saw me they approached me and said “Sup”. He hadn’t been smoking cigarettes but had been smoking a joint as he was high and smelled of weed. I said “Nothing I have the wrong place.” His response “Bet you do whitey!” This place needs to be shut down.

Usually good haven’t had to much of an issue but asked for Louisiana dry rub which usually has more kick then mild Buffalo but there was very little if any rub on the wings at all was almost like eating plain wings without any sort of dry/wet sauce I hate having to check my meal before I leave the but the last few visits I feel like I need to start Quality of the food hasn’t been the best
