Walked in with another customer. They asked her name and said one second and walked away. 5 mins later came back gave them their order and asked my name. They gave me a bag. Got home, wrong order, called 8 times before someone answered. Got told to go in and they would get me the order corrected. Got to the store they gave me, my order read it off to me and it was right. Got home and were missing an item. Obviously the food was not hot since it had been sitting there for awhile. Love the food but not worth the headache of dealing with thus location. Not the 1st time we’ve had issues.

We ordered and they got it wrong by forgetting 2 sets of wings. We then had to go back and wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for it just for other people to come in and get it earlier while we were there waiting past 12PM being the last ones in the building and one worker saying their proud of the staff when the staff looked completely tired and didn’t know what was going on. Not to mention all the bugs on the wall and mosquitoes in the building. The funny part of all of this is they GOT THE ORDER WRONG THE 2ND TIME WHEN WE HAD TO COME BACK. This place is a joke and always messes up orders and takes 2 hours just to get the wings you originally ordered. Close this place down.

Just close the place down. Take FOREVER to make food. Never make the food right/your order. Cashier never knows what’s going on. Service is straight garbage. Brain cells are about the size of a ant They need some of my people (Mexicans) in here to make it run no joke

I preordered online a 6 piece combo with a side of fried corn and a large ranch. Arrived right on time for my order and they said they didn’t have ranch made. We were there very close to open so I said I would gladly wait. While sitting there I noticed that the lobby was absolutely disgusting and they had no ice in the machine. Fine whatever I’m not eating there what do I care right? I noticed one worker working on the ranch but she kept leaving to help the other workers that looked blazed out of their minds. It took 30 MINUTES for then to make and give me the ranch! They all walked in slow motion. And the manager became frantic and locked the doors. Mind you there were two people in the lobby. The guy taking the other guys order was wearing air pods and didn’t have a clue what he was doing. Overall this place is a mess they need to look into the business.

Ordered food online. Estimated wait time was 49 min. I was ok with the wait except for standing there an additional 40 minutes waiting for my food to be made. I was asked by three different employees what my name was. All three looked at the tickets and walked away. I had to ask where my food was several times be fore I found out they didn’t even have my ticket pulled. The part that up set me was the fact that several people came in and ordered food and got it before me. I do not recommend eating here. They have poor service and don’t really care that they do.

Ordered online for pickup, order was very wrong. Went back to get it fixed and witnessed an employee verbally assault another customer. When it was my turn to tell them about my mixed up order the one girl was nice but the employee who verbally assaulted the customer came up and was extremely rude and insisted that my order was right. Even after showing the online receipt they were extremely rude about remaking the order. Will go elsewhere next time. Clearly management does not care because the manager just stood there saying nothing.

I’ve had Wingstop 3 times. This was my third visit tried a new location that seemed sketch. But the workers was busting their butts. They appreciate the business. This is my support I’ll be back to THIS location from now on.

Worst experience with a fast food chain!! Was told my food would be ready to pickup at 6:50 and i left at 8:50, with no food. The staff all looked like teenagers and were laughing at the situation instead of trying to solve the situation. They should all be embarrassed about how unprofessional they are. Very frustrating and I would never recommend anyone going there. This was April 15, 2023.
