I ordered online, I never eat at wing stop before so was not sure what to expect. I got a chicken sandwich, fries and 4 wings, the sandwich was awesome, fries were so e of the best fast food fries I have had, wings were just OK, could be that I didn’t cause a sauce. I will give the wings another shot with a traditional sauce. But I was impressed overall and will order from them again.

We ordered ahead and said it would be ready in about 16-21 (which it took us about 20 minutes to get to the location). When we arrived there was 1 employee standing in the parking lot talking to someone and then another employee came out talking on her cellphone and went to the same car and then walked back into the building still on her cellphone pushing through customers that were standing at the counter waiting to be helped. Another work came from the side of the building smoking and taking pictures on a tablet, smoking a cigarette right by the door where people go in and out. We still had to wait for our order even after arriving after the timeframe given for it to be given. Then of course after we got our order it wasn’t even correct so we had to wait even longer for them to correct and only after we showed them proof. Now I remember why we quit coming to this location.

I called them to place an order and the lady that picked up the phone (she was a white female and dirty blonde hair) was very rude and gave attitude so I hung up and decided to place an order online , I got there and the workers were messing around , they were touching each others butts. (im not joking at all.) they also messed up my order. This was honestly the worst service I’ve EVER had.

I decided to try wing for the first time today. Raylin in the cedar rapids Iowa location was super courteous and acknowledged my wait several times and also explained the importance of consuming full cooked food. She is a valuable asset to your company and made the best first impression possible. She established me as a regular patron in the wing stop establishment due to her wonderful personality her other co-workers were amazing as well thanks.

I don’t know why they’re so many bad reviews for this place because I tried it for the first time tonight and I thought it was great!! I ordered carry out and as soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by these two really friendly employees who were working tonight. My food was ready to be picked up on time and was still warm when I got it home. Everything in my order was correct and super yummy! I’m also pleased on how reasonably priced everything was, while also still maintaining quality. The store was kept clean especially for it being the end of the night too. Overall, super happy with my experience here, from the customer service, to my food! I will definitely be returning again!!

We didn’t receive are whole order. The chicken clearly had been under a heat lamp for along time. The fries some how were both burnt and limp as a person with E.D. hard as rock dri as dirt chicken. Wouldn’t feed this to my dogs. Even the carrot sticks were bad and the ranch tasted like burnt cotton.

Very bad with following directions. I wanted the lemon pepper wings with hot buffalo sauce and they just game me lemon pepper wings. Then I got the 16 piece combo and only got 12 wings. Granted the food was fresh and hot but they messed up my order and I didn’t get what I wanted. And the lemonade was watered down. It didn’t even taste like lemonade. And of course when I got back to the hotel I didn’t want to go all the way back to the wing stop to get my order fixed. Just make sure you check your order when you receive your food.

Pretty disappointed driving almost an hour for some decent wings.. asked for well done and they weren’t even close to that. Workers weren’t wearing gloves at all when they were handling the food.
