Our go to favorite restaurant after hockey games for the last 4 years is losing its luster. The fries are awesome and the ranch is probably the best we’ve ever tasted. The boneless wings were tasty even though when we ordered our standard 15 wing combo with two flavors they now want to charge us for some of them plain. I was informed it’s only a $1 because plain is a flavor. Which makes no sense when if I had chosen Honey bbq they would have actually added a flavor. This may seem trivial but well like I said we’ve come here 4 plus years and have ordered the exact same thing. Lastly the buns were horrible tonight. They looked fresh and well buttered but they were dry to the point where we didn’t even bother eating them. I’d say we’ve only experienced sub-par food during our last few visits. We will be back but will probably seek out a new post game treat.

First time at THIS location. I’ve eaten at locations in Florida which is where I decided that Wingstop was my favorite place for wings. Back to this place… I wanted the new Spicy Honey dry rub wings. The flavor is great, but unfortunately, they cooked these tiny little wings to death. They were hard. So flavor wise, perfect. But they were like eating great tasting bricks. Then there were the fries. They serve seasoned fries which are delicious, BUT, they were “limp”. Fries should have at least SOME crispiness. These should have had TAPS being played. We took the fries home and fried them crispy the next day. Disappointed. I commented on their FB page and someone reached out to me. Never heard anything back. Go figure… Sorry Wingstop, back to Buffalo Wild Wings I guess.

Everytime I order the same thing I get charged 4 different prices. But biggest issue is they ALWAYS mess the order up in one way or another. They have never offered any compensation for free item for my time, gas, inconvenience…nothing. When I ask for manager they say he only stops in occasionally. Food is good I just have to review contents everytime before leaving and get it fixed.

Usually have a good experience this time I did not . My fries were cold and I asked for light seasoning on the fries … it was most definitely not light seasoning . There was way to much seasoning on the fries because all what you could taste is the salt it was gross . And I ordered the thigh bites and I was not impressed ! They were small and crunchy . I ordered ahead. Showed up and they said it would be another 25 minutes after my pick up time. They told me to wait in the car. I came back after the 25 minutes and they yelled at me to get back in the car again. After standing there, they asked my name and my food had been sitting there at least 5 minutes while I was waiting. Horribly run and rude employees.
