The food was fine, employees lacked customer service and had attitude. I said “thank you” when picking up my food and all they did was nod, felt uninvited and not coming back. It’s ashame as they just opened and the food is good, but they don’t deserve a good customer if they aren’t going to be good employees.

Don’t expect your food quickly. Also don’t expect them to provide any customer service, they almost looked annoyed we were there. The wings were dry and the fries oily and soggy. We will never return.

Very cramped lobby, but both times I ordered the food was ready right on time and the pickup went pretty smoothly. I had no issues with service. Fortunately there’s extra space to wait on the patio, but it’s gonna be interesting in winter. I would recommend getting there on the later side of their recommended pickup times, maybe even add an extra 5-10 minutes if it’s during the dinner rush.

Very small ordering/waiting area. Some of the staff was very rude. They were packed and everyone was moving very slowly. They had some orders ready but no one was checking with customers, the only lady working with customers only spoke to the next person in line. Customers were stuck, staring at their bagged food, hoping someone would just ask who is there for pickup orders. Another customer had to wait almost 10 minutes to be addressed while his food was sitting on the rack the entire time I was there.

Waited extremely long for my online order. I showed up when it said it would be done but waited at least 30 minutes in the store. While waiting, employees were on their phones, not wearing gloves, swearing/gossiping. We saw a family come in and not even be interacted with for at least 10 minutes to which they then walked out. Extremely lacking customer service. Unfortunate for something many of us were excited to come to oak creek.
