This location has the worst customer service and service ever. I have given them numerous of opportunities because of the location however it’s just best you take the drive to another location. This particular experience there were 2 pieces of hair built into the crust of my chicken sandwich the manager “lakita” suggested it maybe mine. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she asked what color is the hair and how long was it. We didn’t even discuss the cold fries and them nor having lids for their drinks. I told her that I’m headed to work and will not be returning with the hairy chicken sandwich and to bring it in tomorrow when her shift starts tomorrow at 5 pm. This is beyond ridiculous every single time I go to this location it’s an issues. I have never recieved any issues with Glendale midtown or west Allis locations. I wish I could upload a picture because its truly disgusting and disturbing how poorly the staff treats paying customers especially at a management level.

My food was late the kitchen staff was rude and unprofessional. Showed up early for an order. Was just letting them know I arrived was expecting my food until 5 pm. Which is when it was to be picked. Not ready at 5 . It was late . The chicken was dry , the fries were cold. I live too close to have cold fries. Tend reaching to address a Manger. All I could do was hold. Really . I didn’t use the promot to order. Worst service ever. 1 star is too much. 30 of the worst wings I have ever tasted. Cold food and did I mention the corn I ordered when I got it looked nothing like the product they advertise. It looked like they took 1 corn on the Cobb and sliced as thin as they could over and over. How about a refund and a coupn for food. I will try another store before I give up and tell everyone I know how baf the food was and how rude the person in the kitchen just yelling was. Ridiculous

I just got my food and got home I ordered Louisiana dry rub with Cajun corn that was over cooked and my chicken not battered right swimming in grease I have eaten at wing stop for years practically ordering the same thing every time and I am not satisfied and the fountain drinks I got taste like fountain water my kids are so upset by this. I won’t be going back to this particular location I tried this location a while back it was alright but I am sure I won’t be back after this.

My experience at Wingstop was horrendous!!! First of all, I waited an hour for my food. Secondly, when I received it my bag was filled with grease. I opened the order to inspect it and I was disappointed!!! I ordered the Louisiana Cajun Rub and Parmesan Garlic. If you look at the pictures you can’t decipher one from another. THE ROLLS were cold and hard. This was the location on 76th and Good Hope. I will NOT be returning!!!

Weakest wingstop. Fries always cold. Wings stupidly greasy to the point the BAG is soaked. Gave me bleu cheese instead of ranch and forgot my chicken sandwich.
