Since when did Wing Stop become skimpy on the fries?!? It has to be this location since I’ve been to several and never experienced this before. Usually it like 2 handfuls, not to mention there’s barely any seasoning on the fries and they were warm…yeah…no, not cool. Won’t be back

I ordered 10 wings. Five of the wings were supposed to be crunch time, and the other five were supposed to be pure Mayhem. I got my wings delivered to my job, and when I received the food it was the incorrect order. They gave me lemon pepper and plain wings. When I call the Des Plaines Illinois location, the manager on duty “Sam” told me he could not refund my money and also he could not remake my food. I also asked him that if I was able to come in, would he be able to remake my food and refund me for the delivery fee, and he also said no. He also explained to me that there was another person with the same name that order the same amount of wings and the bags just got mixed up, we both had the same pick up time. After telling me that, he still refused to remake my order or refund me the money. All of this happened on March 23rd 2023 at 9:08 PM. I was very unsatisfied with my experience at this Wingstop location, and I would not recommend it to others.

Food is fantastic but… they have this 15 wings special with fries for 17.99 signs are up all over I asked for it , the girl called the manager and asked if they are doing that ? He looks at me and says it doesn’t start until tomorrow. My question is if it doesn’t start till “tomorrow” why do you have all the signs up today ? And why not honor my order .. the customer is always right instead the charged me full price 25$ for the same meal … thats just petty to me .Im so dissapointed

I ordered tenders and other stuff, the young tall man working there was awesome. I got an order and he let me know a realistic time when it would be ready. He was working completely by himself with another person at the backend the wings were hot, fresh and delicious.

We have been ordering from this location for years and always have been pretty satisfied with service and food. However, tonight I was extremely disappointed, We decided to stop in for a pick up after a library visit next door. Waited for over 30 minutes for a relatively small order, when we finally brought the food home and opened it: I was horrified: the wings were swimming in half a cup of grease, the vegetable weee in half a cup of water. I’ve never seen anything like this before, and there were 5 people working there. Not sure what the deal is, but made me not want to order from here again.

Me and my wife eat here at this location 2 to 3 times a week, the employees at this location go above and beyond to make sure the food is fresh and hot, even though they are always busy . I have been to many wing stops in the past, nothing compares to this location. Great job…..

Ordered online, said it would be ready between 13-18 min and we got there at 18 min and said we have to wait 10 more minutes. The mild boneless wings were legit in a pool of oil that was not edible at all. Was excited for wings and didn’t get my fix don’t get good from here. Save your money and time
