I have been to wing stop in Mesa Az. Frankly this place is sub-Par and should shut its doors immediately. Places being taken up by Indian folk and going down hill. Food was nothing like in Arizona, and the fries were raw-uncooked. Zero seasoning. Sauce was oddly different and not even covering the wings. Small sized drink robbery.

I guess I should have looked at the reviews before going here…. I would not recommend… No customer service skills AT ALL…. a little rude… Not welcoming … No greeting.. no thanks.. bo acknowledgment….. Ordered because we were on the road ao long… And were starving… Tried here… And regret it.. fries were not edible at all…. The sauce for the chicken was delicious though…. Just the sauce… Thats why its 2 stars… The wings were hard… Over cooked… Tasted refried…the workers stared at us for a while just staring…. The vibe was just off in here… Will not be back… Will not give a second chance… Would not recommend

This is the third time that I’ve come in, in a row where they have not started my order even 25 mins after ordering…. now they are out of boneless wings I guess and rather than cancel my order I had to get bone in but they wouldnt refund. Floors are always sticky, never mopped it seems. Bowls of sauce sitting out on the shelves where they drop wings in when they need it but not refrigerated or cleaned out after each order.

This location was dirty. My feet stuck to the floor. I got ALL drumsticks. It’s not called drumstick stop!!! Someone was fixing something on the ceiling over the food and stuff was falling. Nothing tasted like the name. The ranch was gross and the pop was flat. Sad

To start their store was a complete mess, and the floor was so sticky. I made the mistake of not checking my food prior to leaving but when I got home, I realized the completely forgot one order of my wings. Like how does that happen considering the store was empty when I got there and it’s printed on a receipt. I highly suggest avoiding this store all together. Also if you try to call and get the issue corrected, they won’t answer

Terrible! We waited 45 minutes for our order they told us would take 16-21 mi s. The fries were stone cold and they screwed up the Oder and I did not get my thigh bites. There was no ice in the soda machine, the tables were tacky as was the floor and the bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor. The toilet bowl had a black disgusting ring on the inside like it hasn’t been scrubbed in months. The staff could barely speak English and worked at a snails pace……. NEVER AGAIN!!
