Staff is always so amazing and so friendly. Wings are amazing every single time too. That’s why this isn’t 1 star. I gotta leave this review hoping something changes though, because every single time I order 20 wings, I get 15 drums 5 flats. And I don’t want to order “all flats” either because I do want some drums. But 3:1 drums:flats ratio is terrible. I wouldn’t have said anything if it was just once, but it’s literally every single time I order, and I’ve ordered 10+ times and each time I order the ratio gets worse and worse. I think I used to get 9 flats 11 drums. I let it slide. Then each time i ordered, the ratio would slowly shrink. I started getting 8 flats 12 drums, then 7 flats 13 drums and now here we are at 5 flats 15 drums. I bought 20 wings and only got to enjoy 5 flats, it really feels like a scam.

Food is always made fresh. Lots of flavors for the wings. Decent portion of fries as a side. They have one of those Coke machines with the flavor options. It’s never been too busy when we’re there, though they tend to have a lot of pick up/online orders. We dine in occasionally, never an issue with getting a table.

Have been coming here for years. Chicken is usually pretty good, fries can be the best in town or soggy. Moderately overpriced. Always different cashiers and poor management who drags in anyone who can stand. Takes anywhere from 10-30 minutes for food depending on how busy it is an who’s in the kitchen. Friendly staff.

Ok where do I start. Super Sunday so naturally great time for wings. Ordered at 2:00 fro a 5:15 pm pick up. I get her to find a lot of angry people waiting for their order. Preorders which apparently aren’t orders that are taken early today but earlier in the week. What? And they continue to take orders on line and on the phone. More people coming in expecting to get their orders for the time they requested pickup being told that they will still have about an hour and a half to wait. There’s a lady yelling right now. Quite a cluster ****. Worst management EVER!! They will certainly be losing all of these as customers including me. We are all somewhat held hostage as we all likely have guests at home waiting for their wings. Despicable excuse for management.

I come to this wingstop occasionally. It’s been a few months. Love the wings. I ordered last Friday, they were busy. I waited like 25 minutes for my food. Got home and saw that the bone in wings had barely any Louisiana rub. The cajun fries were also barely seasoned. We also had 1t of the nine in thighs which were hard, and dry. A lot of seasoning on those though. Not very tasty. Threw out the bone in thighs. I would definitely recommend checking your food before leaving. I will not be back to this location.

Come here usually about once a month, normally everything is fine. This last time we were feeding 4 and the wings were dry and not saucy, and fries were cold. We called, and the person on the phone made no attempt to remedy the issue. Very disappointing that if an issue arises, nothing will be done.

went here on NYE. the most scrumptious, delicious, mouth-watering, juiciest, craving-satisfying wings i’ve ever had in my life. i’m not even kidding. literally so buss. I Gave them one more chance yesterday and the food was terrible. I like Wingstop from time to time but the workers have Zero pride in this location. The food was WAAAAAY over seasoned (as it has been in the past)…Just sad…Shut it down if you don’t care. End of story!
