Wow, simply wow. If there was any other way to give it more than 5 stars I would. We walked in and were welcomed by this beautiful clean environment, we went up to order our food. And we met the nicest most genuine person I have ever talked to in restaurant service. He was so nice he gave me and my friends some extra brownies for talking with him. The food was also delicious and for a wing stop borderline artistic. Best wing stop I’ve had in a while and probably best in the state. I should have went to the location at randall . I just gave this location a try because it was closer to home . I ordered a 8 piece combo meal fried hard . I called in for my order and repeated everything back with me and the order was correct . I requested my chicken fried hard and seasoning on my fries. I order the lemon pepper Buffalo wings . The chicken was so dry like it was made with dry rub almost . The chicken was not wet like it has been coated with sauce . My fries didn’t have any seasoning on it like I asked . My corn had pieces on there that was asked . I’m so disappointed with this food . I got all the way home to eat and realized it everything was wrong . They said I had to wait until the manager come in to make a complaint . And the lady who took my order denied any of my order was wrong

I ordered a party pack of 75 wings and was mostly pleased. The entire order was ready on time, all was correct (including an array of sauces), packed well, and hot. However, the fries were soggy and limp and the veggies were not fresh (brown on the edges, celery was soft). The wings were of course the star of the show and delicious, so stick to those (and not the sides) and you’ll be happy!

The worst customer service on a Sunday Midday. I don’t want to sound racist at all because I’m not but my goodness! the middle eastern worker was very very rude to me, where I asked him what specials they had going on and he responded with such an annoyed tone very rude an monotonous. First they lost my order and said it didn’t exist. They didn’t really seem to care and at one point all 3 workers just walked away into the back. Somehow ‘found’ my order and rush made it. My wings were chilling in a pool of oil. The entire bottom of the container was a quarter inch of oil just saturating anything.
