I got the hot honey rub and my wings were perfectly seasoned with white meat and a nice crisp. My fries were well seasoned as well, werent burnt but had a crunch.. the food was amazing. The restaurant was clean and organized, and the worker was friendly. The best and only wingstop I go to now. Order online for yours and their convenience.

I called early in the day on 4th of July to ask what time they closed & the girl on the phone told me 1am. It’s 9pm & I try placing an online order but it wasn’t working. I tried calling but the phone line sounded busy or would fail. My younger sister decided to go in person to order carry out for us. The man that was working at around 9pm was extremely condescending & rude to her. There was a misunderstanding at one point where my sister heard her name called and when she approached this man all he did was shake his head. My sister asked if they called her name and all he said was “ it’s not yours!”. He was very short with her & upset as if she should have known there was another order under the same name. While she was there she noticed no one picking up the phones while it was ringing. Wingstop in Melrose please close early on Holidays if your workers are going to have a nasty attitude.

Best Wingstop around. The staff was fast and friendly. The chicken was perfectly cooked , it had perfect amount of crunch in the breading. The portion size was also good, I felt like I got my money’s worth. They cook the chicken per order so order in the app or call ahead.
