Last night i ordered online pickup for this location instead of my regular one in elgin. i did this by mistake which is my fault but i tried calling this store to cancel my order and get my money back but i was instead put on hold for 20 minutes while trying to call back multiple times. once they finally got too the phone, they were completely rude and told me i was getting a refund because i didn’t call sooner and they already made the food and told me i had to drive 30 minutes to pick it up. even if it is my fault i cannot be blamed for being put on hold for so long and then get no refund. this needs better customer service and they need online orders to be simpler.

Pretty much the best Wingstop I’ve been to in a while. I live in North Aurora and the other two that are closer to me have not been good lately so I decided to drive a few minutes further and try this store. Wings were great. They gave plenty of fries, however, most were cut so long and thick which wasn’t to my liking. Will definitely go back tho!

So i ordered through uber eats and as soon i start finishing my food i felt something in my mouth. To come and see it was a rubber band with hairs like it was so disgusting. I called the manager in the location and told me he can give me a gift card or my refund but i needed to call the boss or the owner of the location. He didnt even bother. He told me he wanted to see evidence like i cant drive over there he wouldnt even answer my phone calls. Dont worry this will be reported to the health department as well so hold on tight.

I did not have a good experience. I placed an online order for 11:30, since I was on lunch break from work and didn’t have time to wait for my food. When I got there at 11;30, they tell me it’s going to be 15 minutes before my food will be ready. What’s the point of placing your order ahead of time when it’s not even ready at the designated time! So while I was waiting I had to ask for my cup and then I find out their soda machine isn’t even working and the only choices of bottled drinks were water or diet coke. So I finally get my food and eat it real fast, so hopefully I won’t be late back to work, and when I leave there’s no garbage can to throw away my trash. No apologies or even a simple thank you were given for anything. Needless to say I won’t be going back there!
