Filthy environment! This was my first time and my last. There was a male Indian cashier, who was very rude. I was talking to him about an issue with my order and he had an attitude with me like he didn’t want to be at work. He instantly told me there was nothing he can do about it and hung up! How rude!!!! Never again.

i went in monday and the male indian/ arab cashier was very rude . he kept leaning over the counter on his phone , he ignored me to pick up the phone . this isn’t even the first time something like this has happened . i’ve watched him yell at another worker and being very loud about their issue. just to go in the front and just talk to other costumers . i am definitely NOT coming back smh. w by definitely need better management and employees this is ridiculous wingstop used to be my favorite place to eat , now i second guess going there to eat .

It was nothing to get excited about. The food was just a little above average. There was no greeting. The atmosphere was exactly that way. If you are someone that likes to eat in solitude with air conditioning summer, heat winter, this would be somewhere to go. I might eat here again because it’s a chicken store. ♂️ the location is convenient if you are on the far west side of Joliet.

If you get doordash seems to be correct, in person they messed up 4 times. We settled and just ate the Korean BBQ but it’s not the greatest flavor, I think. They were on their phones when we arrived. The fries are limp.

It took more than 30 minutes to get my takeout order that I ordered online!!!!!! My kids and I waited inside and literally watched everyone else get their orders before us!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!
