Guy with the ponytail at the front has the most terrible customer service. He has this miserable look on his face, with the most “I hate my life” attitude. The guys in the back are too busy singing Mexican music or hardcore rap to make the food any good and they awkwardly stare at you thru the glass as you eat. Terrible experience All the way around

Very Rude Employees, they hang up the phone. They messed up my order 3 separate times. Missing sides all 3 times especially after telling them please make sure not to forget. What happens when I get home? Missing sides 3 seperate times in a row!!! Seriously this place needs to work on quality control and customer service. Very poor for this location. I used to ❤️ how good the chicken was from here, lately…. it’s been freezer burnt dry and chewy on the ends or through out on the drumstick bone in. I have called and requested that they use fresh chicken but apparently they don’t care.not to mention a 10 wing combo comes to $18 and some change I refuse to pay that kind of $ for freeze burnt chicken. This is really disappointing considering how big of a fan of wingstop I am. I will just order from another location. This Justice location has lost a loyal customer.
