Ordered mild boneless wings, and this is what I received. Called the store back and manager argued with me saying that’s how their mild is and that there is nothing she can do for me. Contacted customer service to let them know what was going on. Never going there again. If i wanted chicken tender/ nugget I would’ve went to Mcdonald’s. If I could I would give them 0 stars.

Worst wingstop I’ve ever seen, they don’t deserve 1 star. Terrible staff, everything about my experience was awful. Chicken was undercooked, buns were literally rock hard and on top of all that I was still in the wrong. I advise anyone and everyone to be careful eating here. Very dangerous and they should be shut down asap for putting peoples lives at risk from under cooked chicken. On top of all that they didn’t want to refund me lol unbelievable

Employees touching their hair/face/phones and then touching food. One employee blasting loud videos on her phone while trying to talk to me. They used the same tongs for raw food as they did for the cooked food. I would recommend going to any wingstop other than this one as this one just seems unsafe and unsanitary. I left the store without a word they can keep my order and my money I do not want to risk my health.

There were employees at the time I was there (4:25pm). Both talking on the phone while one took my order and the other was sitting on the counter that food is prepared on. Neither had gloves and multitasked while being on their cellphones and making my food. Very unprofessional I could never tell if they were talking to me or the other person on the phone.
