Absolute joke of a location. Ordered pick up and when i came into the store they said it would he just 1 minute. The young lady then sat there on her phone while i watched my food sit behind her for over 10 mins untill someone else came out and had to ask me what i was waiting for. The girl then proceeded to laugh at me for how long i had to wait. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Will NEVER be coming back to any wingstop because of this horrid experience

I was originally going to give them two stars, but they gave me a cup with a hole at the bottom, which spilled all over my car. The water I got tasted like it was from the toilet, half of my fries were burnt, my wings were too greasy, they also only gave me nine wings when I ordered 10 so I had to go back in the store and get my last wing. The customer service was okay.

Food is always hit or miss..more of a “miss” in my opinion. Everything is not always cooked fresh…my wings are always hard as if they have been sitting around under a light…or just sitting & waiting to be sauced… fries are always old, burnt or soggy…Too many people in the back playing around…subpar customer service..

Good wings, probably the best of the wing chains you can go to. They are incredibily fast and wait times are short. The order is always ready by the time I arrive and they are always so friendly. They don’t disappoint with inconsistencies like a lot of restaurants nowadays. If you’re a Door Dasher you can appreciate a merchant that is always on time and doesn’t give you a long wait time making you late for your delivery. My go to place for quick and well prepared wings. I like their selections. Plenty of good options for you to choose from.

Poor service, food quality and incompetent staff pretty much sums it up for this wing stop. My order was under cooked and soggy. Their “new”sauce was awful. I asked for a simple remake to solve the issue and the very rude teenager refused to make the order. I then asked for a refund, which he doesn’t know how to do either. Shocker. The “manager” was out. Had to call her on my cell to get a refund which is still pending. I’m not too hopeful to see that 10 bucks again. All the while the other teenagers are standing around, chatting and getting drinks from the fountain. It’s like a high-school cafeteria in there. I highly do NOT reccommended. Read the other very similar experiences by others and don’t support this business. I would rather drive farther to a better wing stop than to get frustrated with kids working in a place with no manners, no basic customer service skills and hardly even knowing how to simply fry chicken and fries.
