I have eaten at Wingstop several times before, but this was my first time at this location. My son loved the boneless chicken wings! I really enjoyed the fries they were fresh and had a sweet/salty seasoning that was delicious! Their card terminal stopped working, and I had to go withdraw cash, but they placed my order, and when I returned, my food was ready. I wish they had at least one vegan option.

The fries is awful we went there around 10:20pm to get our food on our way home because we don’t have enough time to cook and we’re tired from work. We decided to get the chicken wings and fries. But they serve us a garbage. When we get home this was the fries looks like SOGGY, BURNT AND THEY GAVE US THE SMALL CUTS..NEVER EVER COMING BACK IN THIS STORE AGAIN!!!! Just a waste of money.

Underdone nasty chicken with hair inside the box. Never will I order from this dirty location again. Employees don’t wear hair nets. The order was completely wrong. Feathers and hair in the food. Chicken was almost raw. This location is unclean and filthy.

There was hair cooked into my fries. 2 separate fries were strung together with this piece of hair. I’m utterly disgusted. The ‘person in charge’ told me she was only going to refund for the fries since that’s what had the issue. I had to bargain to get the entire meal refunded. There were so many issues with this situation, but above all I question their sanitary conditions.

Never been to this one. Funny experience. The lady attending the register was leaning over the counter watching judge Judy. Didn’t even see the phone. I heard it. The phone was louder than the music playing in the lobby. I thought it was wild that she was chilling when the condiment area definitely could have used a cleaning. Also, no trash can anywhere to throw away straw paper. I think my other favorite part was seeing all the rags and used paper towels on the counters.

Horrible!! I wasted my money. These people that work here cannot fry chicken… each wing was soggy. Fried chicken should be fried to a crisp ALL OVER… soggy skin on fried chicken means it’s not ready!!! If you like your fried chicken crispy like it should be, be sure to specify to cook hard when ordering
