This was a pick up order at a small location. The food was right, it was just nasty. The boneless wings were salty and hard, the chicken strips were hard, the fries were cold and tasted old. Everything tasted and looked like it was cooked in old grease. The people working were nice though.

I was at this location on 3/27. I ordered a 10 piece meal. There was only 4 people in the store when I ordered. By the time I left there was about 20 people waiting! Instead of taking care of the customers that were in the store they were filling door dash orders and had other orders lined up. The young lady at the cash register was nice and courteous. She needed Help !! You had the so-called manager cooking and talking to the woman ( that tries to look like a man) running her mouth instead of helping get orders out. She also had her pants falling down with her underwear showing. That’s Trifling!!!!! I waited 40 minutes!! You NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION. I hadn’t been to Wing Stop in years and I won’t be back.

On this day this place was busy as hell. They had to stop taking walk in order because they were being slammed with online and delivery orders. It was up to an hour wait for some. Wingstop is definitely one of those places where you want to place your order online. Don’t ever go inside and buy food even if you are sitting outside the place. Place your order on the phone and wait the entire amount of minutes it says before you go get it.

I placed an online order and was missing 8 boneless wings. My fries were cold and the lemon pepper wings lacked seasoning. I called up there. Someone picked the phone up then hung up. Now they’re just letting the phone ring. Their customer service is ️. Now I have to wait til tomorrow to fix the problem since they’re closed.
