First and last time ordering from here. Ordered online, gave a time of 16-21 minutes. Fine. Sent H to pick it up. He ended up waiting 10 more minutes for the food. Brought home a stone cold mess. All were “sauced” wings. This picture is just of the ones that were dry as a bone, with some sauce thrown on the bottom to leak out all over the bag and everything else. Fries were soggy, greasy and cold.

Second time I have had issues at this location. My fiance went in to pick our online order while I waited in my vehicle with my young son. 25 minutes later I walked in and asked myself. Our food was sitting on the shelf the entire time. No apology, only an attitude. My food was cold and fries were soggy. I will never return to this location. I Do not recommend this location. Side note, there were a ton of nats flying around the questionable soda machine. My tea tasted like water after I got home. I am going to file a complaint with corporate to get my money back.

Very unhappy with this location. THESE ARE MY FAVORITE WINGS ATM!! But I just placed an order tonight (a Saturday) at 9:45pm only to get there and have a worker shout at me from the back, “were closed!” Even though a guy just walked out with his food. I placed the order online and prepaid but she told me they had no record of my order. Unbelievable! Had to track down customer service number and get a refund. The food is good, most of the time, but usually takes forever. On top of that, a lot of the employees are generally kind of rude because they’re so busy and stressed. Be warned.

I ordered on line and had to wait 30 plus minutes after I got to the store. The fries are so hard, completely over cooked! My boneless chicken is tiny little nuggets. Poor customer service. I have been to this store several times and never had such horrible food.

The ones at the register usually have a “I hate my job and I dont want to be here type of attitude.” I drove out to place an order around 1030pm and was I was told they are only accepting online orders. Therefore they would not allow me to place an order in the store. The food is usually good but service is persistently terrible.

Expect when you walk into this wingstop, to stand at the register for 10 minutes before anyone even says hello. They will look you in the eye and walk right by you and still won’t acknowledge you for minutes. I’ve never seen this before at any restaurant. This has happened to me every time I’ve walked in this store. I saw a lady walk out after about 5 minutes of no acknowledgement.

No sign at all that says they don’t do walk ins, I walk in and there’s 3 workers. A man asks me if I have a pick up and I say no. He walks in the back and comes back out and says we don’t do walk ins. I said okay should I go outside and call then and he said yes. I call and a woman answers and shes very rude and short with me. I said I’d like to place an order for pickup and she goes it’s an hour wait it’s only me and another person here. So she just lied to me over the phone about how many workers were there. I ordered a sandwich and the All In bundle, which includes 16 boneless wings and 6 tenders online for carryout. I ordered it around 11pm, and picked the items up at 11:30pm. When I got home, we realized they didn’t give us the 16 piece wings, and our tender flavors were wrong. By that time it was already 12am and we couldn’t take it back.
