If you can go to another WingStop, go to that one ! The manager is rude and has an attitude all the time. She brings up guns because she know it’s just a matter of time before someone shoots they store up cause of how they act. Why do yall get customer service jobs, if yall lack customer service ? Ordered wingstop on a Tuesday, which means boneless is 10 for $7 & that I asked for by price & amount. And I ordered 5pc corn. Daphne, the cashier rang me up for the regular boneless no combo & came up with a $20 something total. I repeated what I asked again. She goes oh you wanted the 10 for 7. Duh yes. The Manger saw I had been waiting for a minute & asked what was my order. I tell her. Ok ma’am 2min. Oh she came in 2min with the wrong order. Handed me 10 dry bone in wings. Will never return to this location. Nothing but teenagers in there. They are playing in the kitchen, cursing, and the food wasn’t fresh. It was so loud when I walked in and on top of that the cashier got smart when I asked her about a cup. Never again.

I am going to stop coming to this location. When you walk inside they have all these teenagers/young adults playing in the kitchen. The young girls are too busy trying to look cute for the young boys. Two employees were fighting over who was going to hand me the bag. I dont like nobody playing with my food. The food was not fresh at all. The chicken wings was hard as a rock and there was hardly any sauce on the chicken. Also, these were the smallest chicken wings I’ve ever had. This batch barely had any meat on the bone. So basically I wasted my money and gas because I didn’t enjoy this food at all.

Ordered 5 days in advance for 11am delivery. First Wingstop order ever, associates recommended it for team lunch. The restaurant didn’t answer any of about a dozen phone calls to verify/change the order ($120). Day of delivery Doordash couldn’t get ahold of their driver and restaurant still doesn’t answer… Driver finally arrived at 11:55am, just shy of an hour late. There was no way to contact the restaurant or the driver?????

I asked for a large order of thigh bites and this is all I get! When I first ordered thigh bites it was spilling over now all I get is half of a corner!? For a large combo of $15 that’s shameful and there’s no meat in these just fried batter.

I’m very new to this area being only lived here 2 weeks. I’m big on first impressions, I can tell you that this Wingstop has the PERFECT first impression. The lady that took my order was helpful to me and my daughter, it was our first time eating in a Wingstop period. I choose to do the dine In experience and the music was playing… very relaxing. I sang along with the music. From the staffed that I seen, they are very professional and very hands on with their work. The way staff worked with the workers, made me comfortable. Normally I have a high anxiety with new places and people. I would definitely recommend coming to this location.

Ordered online for delivery. As i was tracking it. I saw the driver pick it up and it notified me it was on its way. Then wingstop cancelled the order. The email said to call the store. I called that day, the next day and no answer. They still charged me. After calling customer service they said they would refund me. There was no empathy or concern for this inconvience or the store not answering.
