We had to wait longer than I normally experience at a fast food place or even a sit down place to get our food. We were one of two tables there. The food was okay. It seemed really over seasoned. It was just too much. There was no toilet paper in the men’s bathroom, which I understand that the workers may not have been able to get to it. They don’t have any trash cans. They give a lot of fries though.

First time I’ve got to this location. The person that served me was probably the manager and was taking orders for a group of high schoolers in front of me. She asked me to step closer, I told her my name and she gave me my food and I left. Other than the high schoolers, the place was pretty empty.

One employee. Have to feel for him. Order finally ready 20 minutes after pickup time. Impossible to go here for lunch as the entirety of my break was waiting, watching this one guy prepare 5 orders from the start of my pickup time till he finally got to mine. Food was at least good once I got it. Avoid if you expect it on time.

This location never checks to see if the order is complete beforing sealing the bag up. I’ve had delivery twice from this location and something is always missing. Then, they offer you the item on ur next order as if you didn’t already pay for it. I will not allow it to be a third time. I totally understand that everyone is short handed BUT if I waited almost an hour for my order, they could at least make sure it right.

They are understaffed and I feel so bad for how hard the staff are working to keep up with all of the orders every time I go in. Food orders are always correct, but a lot of times the fries are undercooked and underseasoned (the seasoning is the best part so I’m sad when it’s missing). I’m still addicted though so it’s good enough to come back every couple of weeks

Seemed extremely unorganized no one knew which register was which and everyone seemed lost. Only person who seemed to try to fix things was the girl with tattoos on her arms. She asked people questions and no one on her team seemed to know anything.The two staff members with red dye in their hair and her were the only ones I’d ever consider hiring. They are the reason it’s 2 stars.

There are three separate signs plastered all over the front of the building advertising “open until midnight” , yet, upon arrival at 10:30pm I am told they stop taking orders at 10:00 pm and are closing at 11 with no explanation?! On a Saturday night?!
